One we can tell you about is new website Kitchen Cut – described as the Swiss army knife for the current and next generation of chefs, the site has achieved support and glowing endorsements from top chefs including Jason Atherton, Tom Kerridge and Gary Rhodes in addition to establishments such as the Savoy and the Dorchester.
Popcorn was appointed to announce the launch far and wide in the industry and to also place creator John Wood in a series of speaker events – including a mentoring programme within catering colleges.
