Inspiring the nation to get inventive with their snacking combinations, Popcorn PR launched a fully integrated PR and Social campaign to celebrate The Laughing Cow’s new ‘Snack Like You’ creative, showcasing the versatility of the product and celebrating snacking at its personal best. Driving consumer trial, social shareability, engaging content generation, column inches and influencer advocacy, the ‘Snack Like You’ campaign culminated with The Laughing Cow Snack Like You Café which popped up for two days in London’s foodie hot-spot Spitalfields Market offering a scrumptiously satisfying free snacking experience for the masses.
Partnering with gastronomical chef Paul Hannagen and his team at Incubator Kitchen, The Laughing Cow Snack Like You Café was designed to satisfy every snacking palate and craving. With two paths to choose from – Snack or Savoury – consumers were treated to gourmet creations such as cheesy meatballs and mouth-watering cheesecakes, but the snack fun didn’t stop there, creating the ultimate in snack personalization, it was then onto the creative Personalisation Station complete with truffle crumb and edible glitter for those all-important foodie finishing touches.
Serving over 4,500 Laughing Cow snacks to the public across the two days (that’s 5 snacks every minute!) the event received more than 2,000 social interactions and delivered over 20 pieces of national and consumer media coverage delivering the Snack Like You message to over 8 million UK consumers.
