Cooking up a storm with Tom Kerridge of the Hand and Flowers

Today saw the first in a couple of exciting events we’re working on for Greene King IPA and celeb-chef and all round top chap Tom Kerridge. Tom delighted around a 100 pub and beer trade media and Greene King customers with a cooking masterclass in the Havelock Tavern – a cracking Greene King pub just nearby Hammersmith.

It was hosted in honour of Greene King and Tom’s long standing relationship, on the trade day at the Great British Beer Festival and provided a platform for the brand to shout about its contemporary new look and a major advertising campaign which will put Greene King IPA at the heart of all the great moments which happen in pubs up and down the land.

Tom’s masterclass gripped the room – as he demonstrated how to cook the perfect rare burger (without falling foul of stringent council rules and regulations), the perfect crispy chip and a dazzling moussaka.

More to come from Popcorn PR, Greene King IPA and Tom, as the focus shifts to a dynamic consumer activation in early September…
