On 1st June, the Popstars headed into London to assist client Walkers Shortbread in the hosting of the ultimate poshnic event at the Sanctum Soho Hotel Rooftop Bar, London.
Amplifying Walkers Shortbread’s Oatcake selection with a seasonal picnic theme; key media and bloggers were invited to taste the delights of the range which were served as canapes using bespoke recipes created especially to highlight the different variants.
With delights including savoury prawn and pea puree and ham hock and pickled cucumber as well as sweet raspberry and chocolate, the canapes went down a treat and inspired many attendees to go home and test the recipes out themselves!
The event also offered a fantastic opportunity to highlight the extensive Walkers Shortbread product range by incorporating the meringues and traditional assortment into the perfect poshnic feast.
With the likes of The Daily Telegraph, Stella, Good Housekeeping and The Lady all out in force alongside some of our favourite bloggers, it was a true Highland highlight peaking interest and tickling the taste buds of all those lucky enough to attend!
