It was an early start for the Popstars in central London last week as we welcomed the media to join LighterLife Fast and their celebrity ambassadors Denise Welch, Jennifer Metcalfe and Tom Chilton at The White Space in Leicester Square for a morning of 5:2 fun.
Kick-starting with Pilates, the event also provided a mindfulness station where the media and celebrity ambassadors could unwind and learn to approach a life less stressed, beauty stations offering hair and makeup refreshers before heading into the office and the LighterLife Fast breakfast station providing the fuel for the morning.
Handling media interviews with the celebrity ambassadors and live-posting across the client social media channels from the event, our feet barely touched the ground with a hub of activity!
In addition, the Popcorn team secured media interviews with Jennifer Metcalfe, with the likes of Mail Online, OK! and Saturday Magazine all dialled in.
To date, coverage has already been secured with Mail Online, Sunday Express, Best and Daily Star.
