Popcorn Prevents Snaccidents with The Laughing Cow

This week we’ve been on a mission, with The Laughing Cow, to encourage the nation to be more mindful when it comes to snacking.

After quizzing 2,000 men and women about their calorie consumption habits, 17% of adults admitted to exceeding their planned calorie allowance due to mindless snacking but, instead of ‘snack bashing’, our Snaccident campaign is all about encouraging people to be more mindful about their consumption and portion control so they can enjoy snacking without the guilt.

Kick starting the campaign with some headline hitters in the likes of Mail Online and The Daily Star, we also exploded onto the airwaves with Loose Women favourite, Stacey Solomon, spreading our campaign messages across a multitude of national and regional radio breakfast and drive time shows, reaching in excess of 5million listeners across the day.

With snaccidents in the workplace a very common mishap, our Popstars were also offering the media a mindful snacking helping hand as they toured publishing houses with a bespoke #Snaccident scene pop-up complete with Snaccident claim forms and plenty of Laughing Cow samples to satisfy those workplace snack cravings. With our bespoke ‘break glass in case of Snaccident’ boxes we certainly captured the media’s attention with social posts including New! Magazine, Shortlist and Glamour reaching over 140,000 in just a few hours.

With the campaign still very much in full snaccident swing and more campaign coverage to come from the likes of New! And Closer magazine, stay tuned for all of the latest snaccident news.
